Refund + Returns 🔁

All Junkd Jawn cases are handcrafted and made-to-order, which means:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

⚠️ Double-check your order & phone size—we cannot change it once submitted.

While we take extra care to package your case securely, we are not responsible for damages caused during transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We handcraft each case with care, so processing and shipping times vary depending on the type of order:

Premade Cases: 3–7 business days to process & ship
Freestyle Cases: 1–2 business weeks to process & ship
Custom Cases: 2–4 business weeks to process & ship (depending on customization level)

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery issues 📦

Once your order is shipped, Junkd Jawn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS or your local mail carrier directly for assistance.

Why do custom cases take 2–4 business weeks to process & ship?

Because each case is made just for you, we may not always have every charm on hand. To make sure your case turns out exactly how you want it, we’ll need a little extra time to source your specific charms. The 2–4 business week window gives us enough time to gather everything and bring your design to life.

Do I have to pick from the freestyle case theme list?

Yes! In order to checkout you must select a theme from the theme list given.

What if I don't see a theme I like for a freestyle case?

If you don't see a theme that fits you for a freestyle case contact us via DM on Instagram @junkdjawn . We'll see if we're able to accommodate your theme request. If we can not accommodate your request it will be highly suggested that you order a custom case instead.

What's the difference between a freestyle case and a custom case?

Freestyle cases are all about surprise and creativity. You choose the basics, and we take it from there. You do not have full control over your case!

Custom cases are designed exactly how you want them. You share your ideas, inspo, and details-we bring your vision to life with bling, charms, and standout details. You have full control over your case!

Will my case look exactly like inpso photo I attached?

We do not recreate inspo photos and only use them as a guide. Since each case is handmade, slight variations will occur which makes your case unique! No two cases will ever be created the same :)

Are all Junkd Jawn cases handmade?

Yes! Each case is custom designed and handcrafted, making every piece one of a kind.

How do I care for my case? 🧼

Handle with care: Each piece is handcrafted with delicate charms, beads, and rhinestones. Avoid rough drops or heavy pressure.
Regularly clean your case: To maintain the shine of your charms and keep it fresh, gently clean with mild soap and a soft toothbrush. Allow the case to dry completely before use.
Wipe gently: Use a soft, dry cloth between deep cleans. Avoid harsh cleaners or alcohol.
Keep case out of excessive sunlight: Prolonged exposure may cause discoloration or fading of charms.
